Before progressing with plans for renewable energy, they took meaningful steps to improve the building’s overall efficiency. This began with upgrading to modern, low-energy heating systems and improving insulation throughout the premises. To further reduce their environmental impact, they also introduced a waste reduction initiative and optimised their use of water and other resources. With these foundations in place, the focus naturally shifted towards producing clean energy on-site, prompting them to arrange a detailed site inspection and professional evaluation.
Our installers helped this client by:
- Over the next 25 years, the total projected savings amount to an impressive £205,179.
- This custom-designed solar solution is expected to save £3,457 annually on energy costs.
- This allowed for the installation of 56 solar panels, making the most of the sun throughout the day.

After a thorough evaluation of their energy needs and roof capacity, a 27.30kW solar setup was advised. The system included 60 x 455W high-efficiency panels, paired with 2 x 10kW single-phase hybrid inverters and 2 x 5.0kW battery storage units. This solution allowed them to take full advantage of their available roof space and generate clean electricity directly on-site. By integrating storage, they could also retain excess power for later use—helping to reduce their reliance on the National Grid and lower overall energy costs.
